Best realtor ever!

We honestly do not know what we would have done without DanYelle’s guidance, expertise and support during the process of buying our home. We were from out of state and had a short time-frame to find and make an offer on a home, as my wife was transferred and had a few weeks to report. We were moving halfway across the country and DanYelle came highly recommended from a well-respected community leader. After a couple conversations, I took a last-minute trip to the area, notifying DanYelle that I would be in town that evening, and would like to look at homes for a couple days. She totally rearranged her schedule and set-up over 20 showings! With each home we viewed, I was so incredibly impressed by her knowledge of the homes and ability to identify positive aspects and possible concerns within the homes. Each showing ending with; “Now, on a scale from 1 to 10, how would you rate this property?” I realized, after the fact, that the rating was essential because it seemed like each home’s rating got better!

In addition, she knows the area very well. Day 1, house #5 was the 10!! We actually met the family selling the house. I knew it was the one when we first arrived! As I had done my own research, it was one of the houses that sparked my interest. I couldn’t contain myself, and immediately after the showing, said I wanted to make an offer! That’s when the real magic began. DanYelle’s research and guidance allowed me to make an offer that was accepted immediately (15k below ask)! Once our offer was accepted, she was able to make sure we were able to get the house inspected quickly. She kept in constant contact with us the entire time even though we were in a different state. She took care of us through any issues that came up with the purchase of our home. I truly don’t believe that a less experienced agent would have been able to handle all the issues that came up. She protected us the entire time. DanYelle dealt with issues, so we didn’t have to. She handled everything and it reduced the tremendous amount of stress that we were under (selling a home, mid-year school transfers, packing, moving, etc.) It was amazing, we were able to go to closing in a couple weeks and on the last business day of the year (December 28th)!

DanYelle, the team (and office) were phenomenal! Needless to say, the service did not end with the closing of our home. As we are new to area, she provided us with a list of resources we could rely on and made it very clear that we could call her, anytime, if we have any questions or concerns, no matter how small. (she still checks in on us!). This entire process took about 4 weeks. We were able to spend the New Year in our new home! A. Middleton

Working with Danyelle was a breath of fresh air. Danyelle was very very patient with me and my family during the entire process. She was very professional. She went above and beyond to make sure that our family needs were met. Danyelle also made many adjustments in her personal schedule to accommodate my family needs such as making herself readily available when my family wanted to see a house. There were times when she would adjust her schedule so that she could show us a house that was just put on the market that we anxiously wanted to see. She would call us while she was on vacation if we needed her assistance. She would go above and beyond to make us happy and she always gave us her undivided attention when she worked with us.

Danyelle is very knowledgeable about the entire homebuyer process and very thorough. As a first time home buyer she made sure all my questions were answered and she kept me in the loop of all things throughout the entire process.
